Advocate Krupali Hiren Rajani, founder of Rajani Chambers, holds a B.L.S., LL.B. and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Business Law from a reputed law college in Mumbai. With a strong academic foundation and nearly two decades of litigation experience, she has developed a focused and diverse practice built on courtroom advocacy, procedural discipline, and strategic counsel.

She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, and the High Courts of Kolkata and Jaipur, in addition to appearances before City Civil and Sessions Courts, Family Courts, Metropolitan Magistrate Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, and arbitral tribunals. Her areas of practice span civil and commercial litigation, criminal defence, property and family disputes, constitutional matters, PMLA cases, and arbitration proceedings.

Advocate Rajani is also an appointed arbitrator in institutional arbitration proceedings, having served on panels for organisations including Mahindra Finance and Tata Finance Ltd. She is a trained mediator certified by the Legal Mediation Centre and the Supreme Court of India, and currently serves as a panel mediator with the Bombay High Court.
